Loving Our Communities to Christ
Casting Vision – Uniting Leaders – Mobilizing Congregations – Transforming Cities
Jesus was the ultimate catalytic leader. He related to individuals … cast vision to and united leaders ... motivated and mobilized the masses. Consider his relational strategy for casting the LC2C vision beyond a few already-convinced, ready-to-go colleagues. An LC2C city will not have widespread collaboration with only a small inner circle of informed and inspired participants.

(a group numbering about a hundred and twenty) Acts 1:15
…and must model a prayer-care-share lifestyle as they implement the strategy at all levels of their congregations and ministries. The culture change that must take place inside congregations will never occur programmatically – and the community will never be impacted.

The number of those who ate was about five thousand men, besides women and children. Matthew 14:21
The life-transforming message of Christ must be seen and heard by citizens in each neighborhood and every community. Inside-the-church culture change will influence individuals and impact society.
