Rev. Dallas Anderson
National Facilitator of Evangelism
Dallas Anderson, with over 15 years in the pastorate, offers a storehouse of experience and gifts in pastoral evangelism and ministry.
As an evangelism associate for The Evangelical Covenant Church for the past 10 years, Dallas is sought by churches all over the United States and Canada. After finishing a five-year term on the Board of Church Growth and Evangelism, he served as Associate Director of Evangelism and Prayer for the Covenant from 1997-1999. While there he was also the denominational director of Celebrate Jesus 2000, a nationwide effort to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ to every person.
Dallas’ passion for lost people bridges all generations. He has traveled in over 25 countries proclaiming Christ in numerous cultures.
Dallas also serves as Interim Director of the Institute For Prison Ministries at the Billy Graham Center in Wheaton IL. In that capacity he gives leadership to the evangelism side of Operation Starting Line.
Operation Starting Line is a large collaborative initiative to reach in to every one of our 1850 federal and state prisons. Since its inception on Easter Sunday 2000, through June 2005, Operation Starting Line has conducted over 2,450 in-prison events that have reached over 579,000 inmates at 734 correctional facilities throughout 22 states.
During this period, over 76,000 inmates have made a first time decision to accept Christ, rededicated their life to Christ or signed up to participate in a Bible Study program
Dallas lives on his ranch near Lake Norden SD where he raises Registered Quarter Horses.
