The PEN is a national network of proclamation evangelists and ministries. PEN promotes the values of mass evangelism throughout the Church, and encourages/supports individual and collaborative evangelistic events in cities and communities across America.  The PEN provides a national directory of evangelists, facilitates opportunities for collaboration between evangelists, organizes an Annual PEN Training Conference, and publishes a quarterly newsletter for evangelists.  In addition the PEN facilitates relationships between PEN evangelists and city-reaching networks so that momentum in a city continues after the festival/crusade event.
