Synopsis
Face–to-Face Partnership Training
Christians collaborating is a core value of the Mission America Coalition highly specialized partnership training will be made available to those in the Mission America Coalition family of relationships.
On a regular, well defined schedule a 2 or 2 ½ day partnership training module will be offered to those in the MA coalition. The early stages of the training will be provided by visionSynergy with the understanding that out of that training MAC will raise up partnership specialists who can assume the leadership role in this training. All Mission America National, Regional and State Facilitators, LC2C leadership, city coaches and key city leaders are expected and encouraged to participate in this training in support of the MAC vision: WCWGWN & W. MAC National Committee members will be encouraged and or recruited to participate or designate organizational leadership to participate in the training. MAC City Reachers, Network Leaders and Denominational leaders will be encouraged and recruited as participants or to provide participants from their ministries/organizations in the training.
- Patnership Training 101: Introductory, Comprehensive Curriculum, 1.5 to 2.5 days
- Partnership Training 201: More instructive and deeper skills focus, 2.5 to 3.5 days
- Partnership Training 301: Moving towards the goal of becoming a certified MAC Partnership Facilitator/Mentor/Coach, 3 to 5 days
Reinforcement Training
All participants of the Face-to-Face training are to commit and participate in at least 3 follow-up teleconference reinforcement training sessions.
Marketing of the Training Program
Mission America Coalition members will be responsible to promote the program and to recruit participants through but not limited to the following: E-news letter updates to our databases, LC2C Coaches, National and Regional CIR’s, MAC Annual Committee Meeting/Members, National Ministry Networks, Denominational contacts.
Funding
MAC wants as many local, state, regional and national leaders to benefit from the partnership training in support of the MAC vision/mission. Consequently, the partnership training strategy is not a money making venture. Each participant will be responsible for expenses related to participating in the training.
