"The whole Church taking the whole Gospel to the whole Nation - and to the World."

Rev. Dave Imboden
National Facilitator of Global Connections

While pastoring in the early 80s, Dave learned that half the world still awaited a church-planting movement in its own language and culture. By 1989, and deeply burdened to see churches awakened and mobilized for mission, Dave founded the Orange County Mission Mobiliation Network and joined the staff of the U.S. Center for World Mission (USCWM). In 1991, Dave assumed the role of USCWM Regional Offices Coordinator and later directed the Center's Adopt-A-People Campaign as well as edited the Mission Mobilizer's Handbook and Vision for the Nations curriculum. In 2000, Dave transitioned to Advancing Churches in Missions Commitment (ACMC) - a ministry of Pioneers - with a vision for fostering citywide mission networking. In 2007, with a citywide networking vision coming "full-term," Dave created Citywide Mission Networking Services under a new ministry called Go Connect, providing networking web pages with links to missions resources, assistance and services for over 200 major U.S. cities. Dave joined the Mission America Coalition team in 2008 to serve alongside John Quam as Associate National Facilitator for MAC's Global Connections. Dave and his wife, Fawn, live in Southern California and have one daughter, Beckie.
